Dr Pete Sanders is a gastroenterologist in Sydney. His practice is based on the North Shore, with consulting rooms in Mosman and St Leonards.

Dr Sanders is a consultant gastroenterologist. He looks after patients who have a wide range of acute and chronic gastroenterological issues, including reflux, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, along with diseases of the liver. He has presented his research at national and international conferences, and has participated in numerous clinical trials in the field of inflammatory bowel disease. Dr Sanders continues to be actively involved in medical education and teaching.

Dr Sanders completed his specialist training at Royal North Shore Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. He performs colonoscopy and gastroscopy, and is currently a visiting medical officer at North Shore Private Hospital and the Mater Hospital. Dr Sanders is a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia.
